Procuration Fee Structure
Expat Packager will pay a mortgage fee to an intermediary for each completed mortgage with Marsden Building Society
Qualifying criteria
• The fee payment is subject to the case satisfying the lending and product criteria
• Payment will be made on the advance value
• The minimum advance to qualify for payment is £30,000
• The fee will be processed within 10 working days following completion of the loan
• Fees are paid in accordance with the FCA regulation:
-Appointed representatives fee- paid to Network
-Directly authorised- payment direct to broker
